Budgeting about $2500-$3000 for the rifle, will most likely be custom. Got a Mark 5hd 3.6-18 sitting in the box waiting for it. Just really torn on cartridge choice.

Bergara's B-14 Ridge Carbon Feature-Packed Backcountry Hunting Rifle
 · Since my rifle is chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor—a cartridge known for accuracy and consistent, long shot strings—and the barrel is intended to be an accuracy and consistency upgrade from an all-steel tube, I ran the B-14 Ridge Carbon through a quite rigorous test protocol. I fired three consecutive three-shot groups without allowing the barrel to cool between groups.

 · There are a few other factory bullets I have but they are all loaded into cartridges now having managed to develop an accurate load in my 308 ( 165 grn speer btsp and barnes 130 and 150 grn ttsx) Of the above 7 in the image, I've got a usable load in my 30/30 for the 100 grn plinker, ditto for the 150 grn sierra FP but am developing the 160 grn Ftx.
