If you find a lower price on an identical product from another Australian retailer, we will match it or refund the difference. To claim the Price Promise, you need to contact our customer service team within 14 days of your purchase and provide proof of the lower price. The Price Promise does not apply to products that are on sale, clearance, or part of a special offer.

You can get free shipping on your order if you spend over $100 and choose standard delivery at the checkout. This offer applies to Australian addresses only and excludes bulky items. If your order is under $100, you will be charged a flat rate of $10 for standard delivery or $15 for express delivery. You can return or exchange an item you bought online within 60 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. You can either return it by post or in-store. To return it by post, you need to fill out the returns form that came with your order and send it back to us using the prepaid label. To return it in-store, you need to bring your order confirmation email and the item you want to return or exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear, swimwear, or personalised items, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
