Smiggle VIP is a loyalty program that rewards you for shopping at Smiggle. As a Smiggle VIP, you can enjoy exclusive offers, birthday surprises, early access to sales and promotions, and more. You can join Smiggle VIP for free by signing up online or in-store.

To use a coupon or voucher code online, you need to enter the code in the 'Promo Code' box at the checkout page and click 'Apply'. The discount will be applied to your order total. Please note that only one coupon or voucher code can be used per order and some exclusions may apply.

Smiggle offers two delivery options for online orders: standard delivery and express delivery. Standard delivery costs $9.95 and takes 3-10 business days. Express delivery costs $14.95 and takes 1-4 business days. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard delivery.

Once your online order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use the tracking number to track the status and location of your order. You can also log in to your Smiggle account and view your order history.

Smiggle wants you to love your purchase, but if you are not happy with it, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. You can return or exchange your online order by mail or in-store. To return or exchange by mail, you need to fill out the returns form and send it with your order to the address provided. To return or exchange in-store, you need to bring your order confirmation email and the item(s) you want to return or exchange to any Smiggle store in Australia. Please note that some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, such as personalised products, earrings, and gift cards.
