To apply a coupon or voucher to your Public Mobile account, you need to log in to your Self Serve account and go to the Payment tab. Then, click on the Apply a voucher button and enter the voucher number in the field. You will see a confirmation message if the voucher is successfully applied.

You can check the balance and expiry date of your coupons or vouchers by logging in to your Self Serve account and going to the Payment tab. Then, click on the View my balance button and you will see the details of your coupons or vouchers under the Voucher section.

No, you can only use one coupon or voucher at a time. If you have multiple coupons or vouchers, you can use them one by one in different billing cycles. However, you cannot use a coupon or voucher that has the same or lower value than your current plan fee.
